What are the benefits of taking Hoodia?

The pill will be effective within 1 hour of the intake. This effect may last upto 8 hours or more, depending on the nature of your body.

Can Hoodia be consumed as a food supplement?
No; Hoodia will not provide you with the essential nutrients. You still must eat a balanced diet. Hoodia does not contain all the necessary vitamins, minerals, and other elements to sustain life. You will notice you are eating smaller main meals and less snacks, however don't go without food altogether. You are advised to lessen the dosage, if you feel like you cannot eat at all.

What are the side effects?
